By using VigilAI (vigilai.online and its subdomains) you agree to these terms.

1. What VigilAI is

VigilAI is a free tool that estimates whether a voice, photo or video may be AI-generated. It is a research tool, not a certified forensic system.

Results are estimates. They can be wrong. Do not treat them as final proof for legal, financial or safety decisions. Always verify important things through another trusted channel.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use VigilAI for anything illegal, or to harass or harm others.
Only upload content you have the right to use.
Do not attack, overload or attempt to break the service, or use automated tools heavily without permission.

3. Comments

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove comments that are abusive, misleading or unlawful.

4. Ownership

The VigilAI name, design and code belong to VigilAI. Your uploaded files remain yours.

5. No warranty and limit of liability

VigilAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable at times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on its results.

6. Ads and third-party links

Our pages may show ads and link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
